When it comes to outdoor activities like hiking and camping, having a handy knife is truly crucial. In the picture, there is a Gerber knife (orange in color, a small fixed – blade knife) and a Wharncliffe knife (gray, a medium – sized fixed – blade knife). Personally, I find the small fixed – blade knife more convenient and easier to use. Maybe it’s because I have relatively small hands, haha. Generally, when outdoors, I use it to strike wood on the back of the blade, cut ropes, trim branches, and for self – defense. The Gerber knife also comes with a simple knife sharpener, allowing you to keep the blade edge sharp at any time. The attached fire – starting rod can serve as an emergency fire source and give you a sense of security.
**Friendly reminder**: When using knives, make sure to abide by the law and relevant regulations, and always use knives safely.
