The original concept of “Everyday Carry” (EDC) was a product of the era of nuclear threats. With the unstable world situation, many people in foreign countries, in order to safeguard their own lives, would set up the survival tools that they must carry with them every day. For example, people prepared outdoor items like Swiss army knives, gas masks, water purification tablets, etc. just in case, and thus formed the concept of “prepper”.
