This is a folding outdoor kitchen knife originally crafted by FEDECA, a knife – maker from Miki, Banshu, Hyogo Prefecture. The most remarkable feature of this knife is that it allows you to effortlessly chop ingredients by simply applying pressure. Even when the blade is lowered vertically onto the cutting board, due to its ergonomic design that conforms to the natural curvature of your fingers, the fingers holding the handle won’t touch the cutting board. When cutting vegetables, the blade remains nearly vertical, and it cuts through meat with remarkable smoothness.
