Knife Sharing: “Elephant’s Toe”

This is the No. 36 “Elephant’s Toe” produced by Great Eastern in 2012. It’s an old model with double edges. The handle is made of amber-golden autumn bone, which looks oily and beautiful, and is inlaid with a bull’s head logo. It features a 1095 wide spearpoint with double edges, along with the traditional double bolster and long finger choil design. The overall workmanship is really exquisite. What’s more, the production quantity was only 37 pieces, making it extremely rare.
